Heart Healthy Self
Help Group meetings
Group is managed by expert
Public Health / Health promotion Officer
and provides an opportunity to South
Asian community members who have
been diagnosed and treated for their coronary
artery disease / Ischemic heart disease
to attend and share concerns around their
illness.
This
group meets every alternate Wednesday of the month
at our office.

search skills workshop
Our expert/professional
volunteers provide services in running a workshop
on how to include / exclude in the CVs and how to
conduct job search. It also shows how to explore
hidden job market.
This
workshop is organised every first Saturday of the
month at EHF Office.
